Let’s come together to remember, celebrate, and honor their lasting legacy both above and below the surface. All are welcome!

Parking

Parking is free at Asilomar Hotel & Conference Grounds and there is no park entrance fee. Here is a map of Asilomar Conference Grounds, the Chapel (highlighted in pink) and the various parking lots around the grounds.

Memorial Dive

Following the gathering, a Memorial Dive will take place at McAbee Beach at 6pm (dive gear ready by 5:45pm). Everyone is welcome at the Memorial Dive - whether it be in SCUBA, kayaks, paddleboards, surfboards or participating from shore if you don't wish to get in the water.

As your local dive shop, we want to remind you to participate responsibly and within your limits, and to make sure you are diving in a SAFE (Stress, Alcohol, Fatigue, and Emotion) manner, meaning you are not stressed, impaired due to alcohol or other drugs, overly fatigued or overly emotional. We know that it will be an emotional and heavy day for many, and want to make sure our community is safe in and around the water. We also want to note that this Memorial Dive is being hosted and conducted by members of the dive community. It is not a sanctioned or hosted event through either Any Water Dive Center or Aquarius Dive Shop. Please contact Zane Ferguson (682-308-3907) for questions regarding the Memorial Dive.
